Quintessence of the blue agave and of the rich red soil, characteristic of the highlands of Jalisco where it grows for around 10 years. Superb and delicate, with an incomparable aromatic complexity. It has no exposure to wood, only a 60 day rest in stainless steel. Its particular distillation gives this Blanco an exceptional smoothness to sip and enjoy profoundly. Nose Intense and powerful, cooked agave fully expresses with a butterscotch and light olive finish. Delicate notes of spices like peppercorn and herbal notes of spearmint, a fine note of straw composes this elegant aromatic harmony.
