Made from only Scottish malted barley, Glenglassaugh water and yeast. Matured in ex red wine casks. Soft and refreshing with lovely summer berry notes. Not chill filtered, no artificial colour and bottled on site at Glenglassaugh distillery. Colour Salmon pink, slight clouding on addition of water. Nose Reminiscent of strawberry jam and sweet pastries. Soft and sweet with notes of cranberry and raspberry shining through too. Drinks beautifully on its own or with a mixer. Palate Soft spices, the merest hint of red wine and a beautiful balance of summer berries and sweet strawberry jam. Finish Warming and slightly dry.
