Starka is the most noble and the most mysterious of all Polish vodkas. Its history is almost 500 years old. The taste of Starka approximates to that of whisky and it is also made of cereal. However, its bouquet and taste are different. They are more intensive and exquisite. The prototype of that royal liquor was a strong alcoholic beverage obtained from the Polish rye and then matured in oak barrels, in noblemens deep cellars. The phenomenon of Starka lies in the results from its unique aroma, extremely rich and unusual bouquet and, its wonderful, clear colour.
